I'm Cordelia, a teacher and enthusiast of Pilates!
I am passionate about delivering the highest quality, creative Pilates classes where you can learn to perform Pilates with the correct form and technique.
Pilates will help to improve the way in which you move, not only in class, but in your daily life too; promoting better health and well-being, improved physical fitness and reduced risk of injury.
You can also enjoy some guided relaxation at the end of each session setting you up for a good night's sleep or a productive day ahead!
My classes offer a supportive and inclusive environment, where everyone is welcome regardless of age, experience, size or shape.

CLASSES

My classes are mixed ability, suitable for complete beginners and for those with more experience. The exercises are layered in stages making them suitable for different levels.
​
A class specifically for complete beginners is on Thursday evenings at Chorlton high school for those who wish for more of an introduction and a slower paced beginner’s class.
​
Classes have a friendly, sociable atmosphere. These classes will enable you to progress from beginner up to more advanced. You will be encouraged to work and progress steadily and at your own pace.
